I should write this down

I wrote this on the whiteboard in my classroom this morning as part of the “word of the day.” I try to doodle a little visual humor as a complement to the word and definition.

Today’s word was vignette and I just started to scribble out a “moment”…and I kind of liked it as a single-panel comic.

When I got home I drew it on some paper.

I like the whiteboard version better.
